  • Who can order from Gardens Gourmet?

    Gardens Gourmet is only open to residents of East Court Residences. 


    We appreciate neighbours make our neighbourhood great and we're pleased to offer the opportunity to serve.

  • Can I order by phone, text, or email?

    Sorry, but the only means of ordering is through the website. 


    Serving and caring for our residents must remain our priority, and we wouldn't want our care team to be tied up with delivery orders.

  • Can I request delivery?

    Gardens Gourmet offers pickup only. 

  • When can I order?

    We are pleased to accept orders 7 days a week. You can preorder for up to 2 days ahead. 


    Please request your pick-up time during the chekout process. 

  • Can I personalize my order?

    Yes, preferences can be specified into the "allergens/modifications" box, located in each menu item. 

  • How do I pay?

    It's easy, we can only accept payment via debit card, at time of pickup. 

  • Are catering options available?

    For catering requests, please call 519-371-7037 and ask to speak to our Dining Services Manager. 


    Catering requests will be managed on a case-by-case basis. 

  • How can I eat free for a year?

    If you refer a friend, who then moves into Owen Sound Gardens, you will be entitled to one free meal each week for an entire year!
